We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team. At The Victory Academy, our MFL Department comprises both French and Spanish across Key Stages 3‑5, and you will therefore have experience of teaching and leading across both subject areas, with a proven background of achieving successful outcomes.
The role will encompass the leadership and management of all aspects of the curriculum, as well as monitoring the quality and consistency of provision. The role also includes oversight of community languages. You will lead by example, develop, inspire and motivate your team and be committed to achieving high standards. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about embracing new ideas, demonstrates a positive attitude, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
You will develop comprehensive programmes of study, create resources, design schemes of work, and implement effective assessment and teaching strategies to ensure relevance to the needs of pupils, examining and awarding bodies and the Academy's Aims and Development Plan objectives.
