About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it. Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence. Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, IBM, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
About the Role:
As Senior Channel Sales Manager for EMEA, you'll own the regional partner ecosystem end-to-end — recruiting and onboarding channel partners, building joint business plans, and driving the co-sell motion that generates partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. You'll run regional account mapping and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Enterprise AE teams to ensure partners are enabled, engaged, and closing. This is a quota-carrying role where you'll be expected to build and grow a focused set of go-to partners that consistently deliver against regional sales goals. If you know how to turn partner relationships into revenue and thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment, this role was built for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Own partner sourced (partner originated) pipeline and revenue (quota) number in region
- Recruit, on-board and manage partners to drive co-sell
- Establish and build business plans for regional go-to partners that align to sales goal
- Present the Teleport portfolio and partner program benefits to partner leadership
- Continuously work with cross-functional teams to train/enable/certified partners in region
- Drive account mapping and regional sales meetings to build partner relationships
- Own regional partner MDF plans and budgets for accelerating end-user pipeline
- Monitor and report on sales and operational results based on OKRs
- Manage and drive partner engagement with internal sales organization for resell and co-sell
- Work closely with regional AE teams on partner engagement and co-sell goals and support them on quota attainment and pipeline generation
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track records of sales over-performance
- 8+ years partner/channel sales experience
- Deep understanding of how channel partners work with ISV’s to drive successful co-sell
- Key partner relationships and network within EMEA channel partners
- Strategic business and marketing planning capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven capacity to build strong relationships and close business with partners
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally especially with internal sellers
- MSP and distribution experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated, have strong self-management skills and should demonstrate basic leadership qualities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Must be located in the UK or Ireland
Nice to Have:
- Ideally fluent language skills in German or French
