The Mission Drive new enterprise revenue across Latin America by landing and expanding high-value accounts. This is a market-building role—you’ll define strategy, develop executive relationships, and expand our regional presence for Teleport.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow enterprise accounts across LATAM
  • Build C-level and security stakeholder relationships
  • Navigate complex, multi-country sales cycles
  • Partner with marketing and channel to localize strategy
  • Align Teleport's platform with identity, compliance, and infrastructure requirements across the region
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • 3+ years at a high-growth startup
  • Proven success selling into LATAM enterprise accounts
  • Fluency in Spanish OR Portuguese
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Solution Selling, Command of the Message, or similar training
  • Security or access management sales experience is a plus

Location Based in the United States. Ability to travel within LATAM.
