Qualifications

Requirements:

1. Degree in any discipline
2. Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 3 years customer service experience with minimum 2 years training experience
3. Minimum Skills to Hire:

1. Previous experience as trainer or instructor
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
3. Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage participants and foster a collaborative learning environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for creating training materials and presentations.
2. Ability to adapt training approaches and materials to meet the needs of different learning styles and experience levels.

1. Language proficiency in English is mandatory.

1. Previous experience as a Lean Six Sigma trainer or instructor, delivering Yellow Belt training sessions.
2. Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
3. Experience working in industries such as healthcare, finance, or service sectors where Lean Six Sigma is commonly applied.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver engaging Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma training sessions to individuals and teams.
2. Create instructional materials, presentations, and exercises to effectively convey Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
3. Provide guidance and support to participants in understanding and applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to real-world projects.
4. Facilitate interactive discussions and activities to reinforce learning objectives and encourage participation.
5. Assess participants\’ understanding and progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training content to specific organizational needs and objectives.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Lean Six Sigma methodology to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
8. Provide coaching and mentorship to participants as they apply Lean Six Sigma concepts in their work environments.
