This isn't just about filling vacancies—it's about creating sustainable recruitment solutions that make a real impact on communities while delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. The role requires you to be on site a minimum of three days per week in either our Gateshead or Manchester office.

- Monitor recruitment KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Social Value Recruiting
- Develop relationships with key strategic social value partners, expanding these across our key locations and, where appropriate, nationally.
- Use data and analytics in partnership with MI and the operational team to deliver targeted recruitment initiatives, cultivating accountability with partners to drive growth and long-term success.
- Create partnership agreements and lead monthly and quarterly reviews to evaluate performance, strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
