The successful team member will communicate with Vodafone Ireland corporate customers via the telephone, chat or email to help them successfully navigate challenges and issues with their account.
The Role:
We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused professional to join our Optima Corporate Care team as Care Executives. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional end-to-end support to Vodafone Business customers across billing, service, technical, account administration and operational queries.
The Optima Care Executive acts as a single point of ownership for customer requests, ensuring issues are managed through to resolution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
In addition to managing customer contacts, successful candidates will be expected to analyse account performance, prepare customer service reviews, present account insights to stakeholders and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, analytical thinking and the ability to build trusted relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

A successful Optima Care Executive will:

To Work from Home:
- You need to have router with broadband connection in your home. A minimum Download speed of 10Mbps and Upload speed of 4Mbps
- Need to have the ability to work from home in a private room
- Equipment will be supplied while working from home
- Have the ability to go onsite in Newry when needed (3 days per month)
