The Role: We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our Optima Corporate Care team as Care Executives. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional end-to-end support to Vodafone Business customers across billing, service, technical, account administration and operational queries. The Optima Care Executive acts as a single point of ownership for customer requests, ensuring issues are managed through to resolution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
In addition to managing customer contacts, successful candidates will be expected to:
- Analyse account performance
- Prepare customer service reviews
- Present account insights to stakeholders
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, analytical thinking and the ability to build trusted relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Technical Skills Required: Microsoft Office Suite. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

To Work from Home: You need to have a router with broadband connection in your home. A minimum Download speed of 10Mbps and Upload speed of 4Mbps. Need to have the ability to work from home in a private room. Equipment will be supplied while working from home. Have the ability to go onsite in Newry when needed (3 days per month).
Background Check Requirements: Access NI Check and 3 years referencing history.
