Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Service Expert for our Disputes Team on the Lloyds Banking Division campaign.

The role is full-time and permanent, based on-site with initial training in Glasgow, then a hybrid option may be available.

Salary is £27,081.60 with enhanced rate after 9pm, and 40 hours per week.

Training lasts two weeks in Glasgow City Park, with first 3 months on-site before choosing on-site or at-home working depending on performance.
