Joining Bonus: Β£500 joining bonus after 3 months, when passed probation and Β£500 retention bonus after 12 months.

Shifts: Full time - 40hrs per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the clients' way of working to help as many customers as possible.
  • Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business.
  • Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restored.

A background of working within a regulatory environment is preferred.

Good technology skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office are required.
