  • 1,000 Joining Bonus: 500 joining bonus after 3 months, when passed probation and 500 retention bonus after 12 months.
  • HYBRID working options: Save on commuting costs with only 2 days in the office each week once you have successfully completed a 4 week period after training (training will be fully office based).
  • Shifts: Full time - 40hrs per week - hours worked between 07:00 and 23:00 (when onsite hours will be between 08:00-20:00).

You will provide a proactive and reactive service to make sure that our customers meet all of their financial arrangements in-line with their own financial goals. You will receive all the tools you need to be able to do this role in your company lead Training and time in Grad Bay.

At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goals. Educate customers in the different ways they can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs.

We are looking for a detail-orientated person to compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing each customer with a seamless experience. In this role, you will conduct financial reviews with customers and provide them with accurate information, allowing them to make informed decisions on financial products and services. Supporting the bank's way of working to help as many customers as possible.

Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business. Resolving complaints and errors quickly.
