Looking for a permanent, rewarding role in Belfast City Centre that fits around your life and saves you money? We're hiring Financial Services Contact Centre Agents to join our supportive, fast-paced customer service team.

Save on commuting costs with only 2 days in the office each week once you have successfully completed 3 weeks training and 4 week grad bay (training and grad bay will be fully office based). Belfast City Centre Shifts: Full time - 40hrs per week - hours worked between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00. Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud check will be completed.

Part-Time Hours Available: We offer part-time positions; however, you must be available to complete full-time training, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.

You will provide a proactive and reactive service to make sure that our customers meet all of their financial arrangements in-line with their own financial goals. You will receive all the tools you need to be able to do this role in your company lead Training and time in Grad Bay.

We’re looking for a detail-orientated person to compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing each customer with a seamless experience. In this role, you’ll conduct financial reviews with customers and provide them with accurate information, allowing them to make informed decisions on financial products and services.

Supporting the bank’s way of working to help as many customers as possible. Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business. Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restored.

To join us in this role, you’ll have experience of working in a customer service environment and managing relationships with customers. You’ll enjoy applying your excellent organisational and time management skills to meet performance measures and customer needs.

Emotional Intelligence: You possess the ability to be emotionally intelligent meaning you are able to empathise, be kind and be good with others. A background of working within a regulatory environment. Good technology skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
