Role Overview
Working as a Quality Assessor for a prestigious banking client, the post holder will be expected to complete quality checks and monitoring, provide insight into trends and how to overcome these and present findings in a meaningful and structured way. The successful candidates will ensure that consistency, fairness and high standards in Quality are not only met, but also exceeded.
