Job Overview:
You will provide a proactive and reactive service to ensure that our customers meet all of their financial arrangements in line with their own financial goals. You will receive all the tools you need to perform this role through company-led training and time in Grad Bay.
Key Responsibilities:
- At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation achieve its goals.
- Educate customers on the different ways they can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs.
- Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience.
- Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer needs, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are identified.
- Deliver excellent service to our customers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind at all times.
- Maintain relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business.
- Resolve complaints and errors quickly, ensuring that the relationship with the customer is fully restored.
- Ensure each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met.
