We’re looking for a results-driven Recruitment Lead to lead and optimise hiring operations within our fast environment. This role is central to ensuring recruitment excellence, collaborating with sourcing and operational leaders to deliver quality hires at scale and building and growing both process and onsite presence. You’ll be responsible for driving strategy, reducing dropout and early attrition, and engaging in high-level conversations that shape the future of our talent delivery within the Dublin area. The role is an onsite role.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of recruitment campaigns across multiple sites and functions. Collaborate with Sourcing Manager, Recruitment Delivery Managers and Director of Recruitment to align candidate pipelines with business needs. Monitor recruitment KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and tailor recruitment plans. Act as a trusted advisor in workforce planning, talent trends, and market insights. Lead high-level conversations with senior stakeholders to influence recruitment outcomes.
- Quality & Attrition Management: Implement strategies to improve candidate experience, reduce dropouts, and minimise early attrition. Analyse data to identify trends and root causes of attrition, and take corrective action. Ensure quality of hire through robust assessment and selection processes.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with the Sourcing Manager, Recruitment Delivery Managers and Director of Recruitment to explore new sourcing channels and optimise funnel conversion. Champion technology and process improvements to enhance recruitment delivery. Drive innovation in candidate engagement, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- People Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators to meet volume hiring targets. Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development.
