Our Field teams are critical in the delivery of our contracts, whether that is delivering or supervising maintenance, installation, cabling or civils works. Help build and keep the nation's critical infrastructure connected and protected 24/7.
Reporting into the Regional Manager, the Traffic Maintenance Supervisor will take on the responsibility for leading the field teams delivering our maintenance contracts. This role requires travel in the Newcastle and surrounding areas on a daily basis.
What you'll do:
- Lead a small team of Trainee Traffic Maintenance Engineers
- Manage controller builds and liaising with engineering team on configurations
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining Imtrac spare parts/repairs, including financial targets and aiding contract managers in rolling out to big yellow locations
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining test rigs
- Technical lead in the depot, coordinating new technologies before they go to street
