The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be happy to travel to customer sites and to our head office in Dublin when needed too. This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to our public sector customers and to play a part in keeping the country safe and saving lives.
We want to hear from you if the following sounds like you:
- Demonstrable experience of assisting with the installation of equipment and installation materials using the latest issue contract manuals and procedural documents to the required standards of quality and time under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
- Providing Technical Break / Fix support for Customers' installed solutions.
- Escalation via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing repetitive incidents of similar nature.
- Daily review of the Open incidents for your region, actively overseeing your own workflow and utilisation to close out open incidents.
- Ideally IP experience and knowledge of working on Network infrastructure products / PCs products.
