What You\\\’ll Do

Kick off your journey with a comprehensive induction, then dive into hands-on projects that challenge you. Our two-year programme is founded on recognised industry standards and features six-month rotations across departments tailored to your interests. You\\\’ll gain practical experience and industry knowledge, plus a mentorship to guide you toward professional development and IET accreditation. Flexibility is key—expect a mix of office, home, and site work.

Who You Are

  • We\\\’re looking for grads who are passionate about engineering and eager to learn. If you have:
  • A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in a relevant STEM subject (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Networking, Cyber Security, Electronics, IT etc.) achieved within the last two years
  • A knack for solving complex problems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Self-motivation and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office
