What You’ll Do
Kick off your journey with a comprehensive induction, then dive into hands-on projects that challenge you. Our two-year programme is founded on recognised industry standards, enabling you to develop your knowledge and skills. You\’ll gain practical experience and industry knowledge, plus a mentorship to guide you toward professional development and IET accreditation. Flexibility is key—expect a mix of office, home, and site work.
Who You Are
- We\’re looking for grads who are passionate about engineering and eager to learn. If you have:
- A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in a relevant STEM subject (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Networking, Cyber Security, Electronics, IT etc.) achieved within the last two years
- A knack for solving complex problems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office
