As the Project Coordinator within the Wireless Design team, you’ll play a key role that’ll support project delivery across various Wireless Telecoms programmes and work schedules. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and our client, ensuring smooth project progress and provide up-to-date records. The successful candidate will be based in our Gillingham office, ME8 0NZ, 4 days and work from home on Fridays.

What you’ll do:

  • Instructing subcontractors and following up on actions
  • Arranging surveys and access requests
  • Uploading documents to internal and client systems and databases
  • Using Remedy to raise REQ numbers
  • Keeping internal and client systems updated
  • General project administration and data entry
  • Managing supplier relationships
  • Providing support to Design, Project Managers, and the wider team
  • Coordinating engineer site access and project meetings
  • Handling queries and escalating as needed
  • Preparing and updating project documentation
  • Raising purchase orders

Who you are:

An ideal candidate for this role will be self-motivated, able to work under their own initiative and have previous experience working as a Project Coordinator or Administrator ideally in a telecoms or wireless environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to ask questions and liaise confidently with suppliers and our customers
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Administrator (Telecoms/Wireless preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems
  • Confident scheduling and diary management (Outlook or similar)
  • Experience with raising purchase orders
