Reporting to the Regional field Manager the successful Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for planning maintenance tasks, leading a team of Field Engineers and delivering our highways technology maintenance contracts for the Eastern Area ( the top of M25, M4, M11and bottom of the M1, A14, M40, A1(M)) What you\’ll do: Ability to plan and organize work schedules, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs), deadlines, and budgets. Meet all service delivery SLA/KPI requirements whilst maintaining a professional attitude Effective planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks, creating and executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. Travel within the assigned area to complete site inspections. Be responsive to any issues that arise, applying a solution-oriented mindset to overcome obstacles Ensuring that all members of the team comply with health and safety regulations, and that all work is conducted in a safe manner, especially when working on motorways/busy roadways
