Telent are now looking for a Field Compliance Supervisor to join the Network Services Infrastructure team. This opportunity will see you working on the OSA (Openreach Services Agreement) framework contract, with a particular focus within the London region - Inner M25.
You must be a holder of a full UK driving license and be able to travel across the Inner M25 region in a 'Field based' format. The Field Compliance Supervisor may also need to attend meetings if/when necessary.
The Field Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for the OSA framework deliverables (in their designated area) ensuring these are delivered as planned by Telent and its subcontractor partners/suppliers. This includes:
- Confirmations of resources on site
- Dealing with any in-life, real-time issues
- Flagging any requirements for 'jeopardy management'
You will see all programmed works on-site through to completion, meeting set KPI's and SLA's.
As the Field Compliance Supervisor, you will support gangs employed by Telent's suppliers and subcontracting firms to ensure all safety, compliance, and operational standards are met.
