As the Assistant Management Accountant, you will be working within a dynamic technology organisation ensuring timely, accurate & clear reporting including the interpretation of financial results to help drive the business.
What you’ll do:
- Working in collaboration with the senior finance team to provide clear and concise analysis as required to enable the business to make effective decisions.
- Assist the senior finance team to prepare, measure & report against forecasts for Business Support functions across cash, P&L & balance sheets.
- Preparation of accurate and meaningful historic analysis by cost centre (month end results, KPI’s, comparison of actuals to forecasts/budget across Cash, P&L and BS).
- Working with the business to ensure cost centres accurately reported.
- Analysis of data across a range of account codes.
Who you are:
You’re a proactive and detail-focused finance professional with a passion for turning data into insight. Working towards (or interested in) a CIMA or ACCA qualification, you’re eager to grow your skills in management accounting.
Key Requirements:
- AAT, ACCA or CIMA part qualified or interested in working towards.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables & V Look Up.
