Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Enterprise Architect will lead the technical strategy and architectural direction of Telent's TVMS CCTV Programme.
You'll drive architecture governance, lead a team of technical specialists, and work closely with customers and stakeholders to deliver innovative, future-ready solutions.
This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to travel to our Warwick and London offices.
What you'll do: Define and lead the technical strategy, enterprise architecture and roadmap for the TVMS CCTV Programme, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and Telent's strategic vision.
Provide architectural governance and technical assurance across multiple workstreams, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, standardised and compliant with enterprise architecture principles.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of Solution Architects and Senior Technical Specialists, providing technical oversight across a large multi-disciplinary programme.
Build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders, acting as the technical authority throughout the solution lifecycle.
Develop architecture blueprints, standards and reusable designs across technologies including CCTV, networking, cloud infrastructure, command and control systems, communications and emerging technologies.
Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance the TVMS platform and supporting future expansion across the UK.
Support business development activities, bids and strategic customer engagements, helping shape future opportunities and ensuring technical solutions deliver maximum value.
Who you are: You are an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in complex infrastructure or mission-critical environments.
Confident influencing senior stakeholders and leading technical teams, you can translate business needs into strategic, scalable solutions while championing innovation and architectural best practice.
Key
Requirements: Proven experience in an Enterprise Architect or equivalent strategic architecture leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture, governance, technical assurance and large-scale systems integration.
Strong understanding of CCTV, Command
