You will be working under the direction of the Duty Manager in the Remedial Team, where you will be the deputy technical lead, involved with fault finding, fixing fault rectifications on CCTV, Public Address systems and be the first point of escalation of SISS Technicians. Working from our Pirin Court Depot this role will cover Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am.
What you will do:
- Be an escalation point for reoccurring faults, assisting in the implementation of investigations and fixes.
- Be involved with fault finding, fixing fault rectifications on CCTV and Public Address systems.
- Complete planned remedial activities on communications systems against a defined schedule.
- Promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
- Ability to successfully take own initiative, work under pressure and meet tight programme deadlines/scheduling and work to high standards.
Who you are:
You will have previous experience working as a Level 3 Technician and looking to take that next step into a Level 2 Technicians role.
Key requirements:
- Experience of CCTV, PA, CIS IP Networks and ability to erect scaffold.
- Strong organisational skills, including multi-tasking and time management.
- IRSE Telecoms Maintainer License.
- Full UK Driving License.
