Job Description

Field Compliance Supervisor – London / Inner M25 region (Field based)\\n\\nJob type: Full time, Permanent\\n\\nReference: 1946\\n\\nCompetitive starting salary; Company vehicle; Uncapped overtime; Flexible benefits \\n\\nTelent are now looking for a Field Compliance Supervisor to join the Network Services Infrastructure team. This opportunity as Field Compliance Supervisor will see you working on the OSA (Openreach Services Agreement) framework contract, with a particular focus within the London region – Inner M25. You must be a holder of a full UK driving license and are able to travel across the Inner M25 region in a "Field based" format.

The Field Compliance Supervisor may also need to attend meetings if / when necessary. \\n\\nThe Field Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for the OSA framework deliverables (in their designated area) ensuring these are delivered as planned by Telent and its subcontractor partners / suppliers. This includes confirmations of resources on site, dealing with any in-life, real-time issues and flagging any requirements for "jeopardy management".

You will see all programmed works on-site through to completion, meeting set KPI's and SLA's. \\n\\nAs the Field Compliance Supervisor, you will support gangs employed by Telent's suppliers and subcontracting firms to ensure all safety, compliance and quality standards are being met throughout, and meet defined audit and inspection regimes as set out by the Infrastructure Services business. \\n\\nYou will be Telent's customer ambassador in the field assisting all contract deliveries by enabling the programming of all works in the Telent workstack through the resolution of access and fluidity issues.

\\n\\nField Compliance Supervisor – What you'll do: \\n\\nSupport delivery of all contractual requirements. \\nDevelop and implement compliance policies and procedures, evaluating existing programs and making necessary improvements. \\nEnsure suppliers have the agreed gangs on-site daily and all programmed work is attended to.

\\nPrioritize safety by ensuring all activities follow safe working practices and are supported by the correct documentation. \\nMonitor suppliers to maintain a 'right first time' quality culture, ensuring compliance with Openreach installation standards. \\nBuild effective relationships with suppliers and local Highways Authorities, ensuring high levels of street works compliance and reinstatement quality.

\\nResolve local access issues with the public and businesses, managing wayleave and permission to dig processes. \\nAttend Joint Site Meetings with asset owners and suppliers to unlock work fluidity. \\nRespond promptly to urgent safety issues, supporting the resolution of defects within required timeframes.

\\nConduct regular compliance audits and ensure adherence to internal and external regulations. \\nOversee site setups, confirming safety standards and granting 'permission to proceed' where appropriate. \\nAssist in the training and onboarding of operatives, ensuring all vehicles and materials meet safety and environmental standards.

\\nCollaborate with suppliers to resolve escalated issues and manage temporary works in line with Telent's processes. \\n Field Compliance Supervisor – Who you are: \\n\\nYou are a skilled Field Compliance Supervisor with experience of overseeing civils, poling, or cable gangs in the telecoms industry or similar. You're confident in managing field operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

With key certifications like NRSWA Supervisor Level and SA001A, you're ready to contribute to the success of Telent's OSA contract across the London region.
