Reporting to the Procurement Business Partner, the Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for managing procurement categories including rail equipment and outsourced labour services in support of Rail Projects, with a significant total annual spend of up to £25 million. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to visit our Warwick HQ on occasion, as well as UK based suppliers.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for all RFx activities, managing the sourcing process, negotiation and contracting activities for high value and complex categories.
- Accountable for leadership and development of a high performing and inclusive procurement team, including Organisation capability and Learning.
