These services include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. Reporting to the Procurement Business Partner, the Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for managing procurement categories including rail equipment and outsourced labour services in support of Rail Projects, with a significant total annual spend of up to £25 million. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to visit our Warwick HQ on occasion, as well as UK based suppliers.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for all RFx activities, managing the sourcing process, negotiation and contracting activities for high value and complex categories.
  • Accountable for leadership and development of a high performing and inclusive procurement team, including Organisation capability and Learning.
