Due to rapid growth, we’re increasing our international Recruitment Team with a Medical Recruiter for our UK market.
Weare looking for an experiencedMedical Recruiter willing to join a high energy Recruiting Team and help it achieveits ambitious Radiologist recruitment goals.The focus is our UK market and the scope of your work will cover European doctors eligible to work in the UK.
Since our recruitment and onboarding process is unique and profiles we search for are very niche, it’s a great opportunity for an eager professional with a healthy sales mindset and ambition to grow professionally.
Beside medical recruitment, you also will be involved in employer branding activities and congress organisation.
The positionis inthe UK, preferably London area. We are offering a hybrid working model. Regularly traveling is required to assist meetings in TMC’s office in Barcelona, Copenhagenor Reading and participate in radiology congresses across Europe.

Responsibilities
Sourcing- Carrying out various candidate search activities to build a strong pipeline of candidates. This includeshead hunting activities such ascold calling, LinkedInrecruiter, posting advertisements, ATS search etc.
Recruitment–You are responsible for the entire recruitment process. You are the first contact that the candidate has with TMC, you inform the candidate in detail about the opportunities TMC can offer and answer all the questions a candidate may have. You manage the candidate data base in our ATS Jobvite.
Congresses- Being up to date with industry congresses and seminars, organising participation of TMC, managing post-conference process.
Employer branding- Being involved in advertising, social media and employer branding activities.
RequiredEducation, Experience, Knowledge, Skills
Recruitment experience- Prior experience in an agency or in-house recruitment department (minimum2 years), medical recruitment experience is a strong plus.
Educational background– A university degree is a must. Whilst not mandatory, a degree in HR Management, Marketing, Business Administration or similar is desirable.
Language skills– As TMC is a multinational and diverse company and our company language is English; you need to demonstrate an advanced level of written and spoken English. Any other additional language is a plus.

Independent problem solver- We are a team, and you will always be provided with the necessary support. Nevertheless, we are looking for a person who will be able to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
Communication skills– You need to have a clear thought process and the ability to find appropriate vocabulary and a suitable style for different audiences, including senior candidates and external service providers.
