Warehouse & Logistics Manager – Belfast| 🕒 Full-time | 🌍 Global Leader within the manufacturing space. Are you a natural leader with a passion for logistics, supply chain efficiency, and people management? If so, our client is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to take ownership of their warehousing and distribution operations. As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products reach customers on time, every time — while leading a dedicated team and shaping the future of our supply chain. What You’ll Do * Lead Operations: Oversee all warehouse and logistics functions, including inbound, outbound, and internal flows. * Drive Safety & Compliance: Ensure our processes meet the highest safety, legal, and quality standards. * Optimize Efficiency: Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for warehousing, transport, and distribution. * Manage People & Performance: Lead, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring strong collaboration and continuous improvement. * Ensure Accuracy: Maintain reliable stock control and inventory management through robust systems and root-cause analysis. * Innovate & Improve: Lead Lean/5S initiatives, streamline processes, and adopt best practices in supply chain management.
