About the Role
Teleios Recruitment is looking for an experienced Saw Operative to join a leading global engineering and manufacturing business based in Sheffield. Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate saw machinery to cut metal stock to precise specifications.
* Interpret technical drawings and written cutting instructions.
* Carry out first-off checks and maintain consistent quality throughout production.
* Handle materials safely, including movement, labelling, and traceability documentation.
* Complete machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
* Follow all site health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Support effective shift handovers and communication with team members.
Requirements / Person Specification
* Proven experience as a Saw Operative or in a similar metal manufacturing environment.
