We are looking for reliable and hard working Operatives to join a busy, well-established food production facility. This is a practical, hands-on role within a professional working environment, supporting the preparation and processing of high-quality food products. Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidates.
The Role
- Supporting the day-to-day production and processing operation
- Preparing and handling food products in line with company procedures
- Working to strict food safety, hygiene and quality standards
- Using basic equipment safely and efficiently following training
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Working as part of a close-knit production team
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Meeting production targets while maintaining high standards of quality
About You
- Reliable, punctual and hard working
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Physically fit and able to remain on your feet for extended periods

Previous food production, factory, warehouse, agricultural or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.
