Location: Farley

Salary: 13.33 per hour

Hours: days only. 8 per day

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for reliable and hard working Operatives to join a busy, well-established food production facility. This is a practical, hands-on role within a professional working environment, supporting the preparation and processing of high-quality food products. Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidates.

The Role

  • Supporting the day-to-day production and processing operation
  • Preparing and handling food products in line with company procedures
  • Working to strict food safety, hygiene and quality standards
  • Using basic equipment safely and efficiently following training
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working area
  • Working as part of a close-knit production team
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times
  • Meeting production targets while maintaining high standards of quality

About You

  • Reliable, punctual and hard working
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Physically fit and able to remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
  • A good team player with a positive attitude

  • Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Previous food production, factory, warehouse, agricultural or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.
