About the Role

Our Client is looking for a results-driven Marketing & Performance Manager to take ownership of all digital advertising, campaign strategy, analytics, and web optimisation across our Client's brands. You'll work closely with our Content Producer and leadership team to turn creative content into high-performing campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
  • Oversee audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategies
  • A/B test creatives, copy, and audiences to improve conversion rates
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust in real time
  • Produce detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Manage and interpret data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other tools
  • Optimise landing pages, funnels, and website performance (basic CRO/SEO)
  • Collaborate with Content Producer on creative briefs and ad assets
  • Help manage and grow our CRM and email automations (Klaviyo or Mailchimp)

Required Skills

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing/performance marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in ads platforms
  • Comfortable using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, etc.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, KPIs, and ROI
  • Experience with basic SEO, CRO tools, and CMS platforms
  • Clear communicator and organised project manager

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in health, nutrition, or fitness industries
  • Experience in managing agencies or freelancers
  • Familiarity with email lifecycle marketing (segmentation, automations)
