This fantastic role has become available with our client based in Manchester. Working as part of a small team and reporting to the Administration Manager, the role is very demanding and will require focus and attention to detail.
Sales Administrator Role:
- Preparation of production orders for our Hook & Skip range of products
- Processing projects, production orders, warehouse orders in the system
- Maintaining electronic files, drawings, Certificates of Conformity and associated documentation
- Sales order processing from order confirmations through to invoicing
The successful Sales Administrator will be customer focused with the ability to resolve queries within a deadline and under pressure environment. You will be self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and have the ability to work independently and a desire to learn. Administration experience in a similar role is desirable, as well as excellent administration, people and IT skills with a keen eye for detail.
