About the Role
Teleios Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Fabricator Welder on behalf of a growing manufacturing client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established facility producing bespoke prototype products including warehouse trolleys, racking systems, desks, and packing benches for major blue‑chip clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and fabrication sketches
- Fabricating components from raw materials
- MIG, TIG, and/or MMA welding (thin gauge materials)
- Working to tight tolerances and quality standards
- Inspecting welds and completed components
- Operating workshop machinery and tools
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in fabrication and welding within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with mild steel and aluminium (thin gauge preferred)
- Ability to work from drawings independently
- Good problem‑solving skills and use of initiative
- High attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- Mechanical/engineering background preferred
- FLT licence advantageous but not essential
