About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s manufacturing business in Ireland on a permanent basis. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, managing orders, handling customer enquiries, and supporting the wider operations team — so resilience, accuracy, and a calm approach under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer calls and providing professional, timely support
- Managing and responding to queries from a shared email inbox
- Processing sales orders accurately and ensuring production teams are updated
- Liaising with internal departments such as production, dispatch, and accounts
- Assisting the wider customer service and administration team where required
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing data and orders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems desirable
