Responsibilities

  • Preparation of production orders for our Hook & Skip range of products
  • Processing projects, production orders, warehouse orders in the system
  • Maintaining electronic files, drawings, Certificates of Conformity and associated documentation
  • Sales order processing from order confirmations through to invoicing

Qualifications

The successful Sales Administrator will be customer focused with the ability to resolve queries within a deadline and under pressure environment. You will be self motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and have the ability to work independently and a desire to learn. Administration experience in a similar role is desirable, as well as excellent administration, people and IT skills with a keen eye for detail.
