Telefónica Tech, a Microsoft Inner Circle partner, specializes in digital transformation solutions across Data & AI, Cyber Security, Cloud, Business Applications, and Modern Workplace. This role is a contract Senior/Principal Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, leading high‑profile Business Central projects within the AI Business Solutions pillar.
This role can be based anywhere in the UK. Our office locations are Aberdeen, Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester, Farnham & London.
- Work with clients to understand and define business processes and configure D365 Business Central accordingly.
- Support clients with configuration tasks, data migration, and end‑to‑end testing.
- Deliver end‑user training and coaching tailored to client needs.
- Design and test D365 Business Central customisations and support client acceptance.
- Participate in go‑live cutover exercises and ensure data is reconciled back to legacy systems.
- Guide projects through daily communication with customers or project managers.
- Participate in design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants.
- Supervise and mentor junior consultants to support their development.
- Deep understanding of D365 Business Central across core modules and processes including Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehousing.
- Proficiency in leading workshops, knowledge transfer, and training sessions both in‑person and remotely.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to design, configure, and validate Business Central solutions in line with business needs.
- Awareness of business intelligence and AI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Copilot is highly advantageous.
- Hands‑on experience with key ISV extensions for Business Central, particularly in finance, reporting, or supply chain contexts; experience with Dynaway a particular advantage.
