As a D365 Business Central Presales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging deep Business Central knowledge to drive high‑profile D365 projects.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the sales team to qualify new opportunities
- Work with prospects and existing customers to understand their strategic goals, priorities and business requirements
- Create and lead solution demonstrations to prospects and customers
- Produce project estimates
- Contribute to RFIs, RFPs and ITTs to produce high‑quality sales proposals
- Enable the commercial team to better understand the Microsoft product set and its application in varying scenarios
- Support go‑to‑market activities such as developing packaged offerings, whitepapers, product videos and industry‑specific solutions
- Participate in company marketing activities such as webinars, forums and user groups
- Build relationships with key technical and sales contacts within the Microsoft community
Qualifications
- Dynamics 365 BC consultancy or presales experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics BC
- Experience in building and configuring engaging solution demonstrations
- Experience with at least one of the following ISVs - Continia, Tasklet for WMS, Insight Works, Dynaway, Jet or Cosmos reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong requirements‑gathering skills
- The ability to create high‑quality written proposals and functional documentation
- Experience in warehousing, logistics or manufacturing verticals is desirable
- Knowledge of legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365/NAV versions is desirable
- Knowledge of Azure and the Power Platforms is desirable
