About the Role: We are looking for a commercially minded Alliances Manager to own and develop relationships across our largest strategic partners and distribution channels. You will be responsible for driving joint revenue, strengthening brand presence within key partner ecosystems, and coordinating co-sell activity that accelerates enterprise pipeline and deal value. This role suits someone who enjoys stakeholder engagement, partner development, and working in a fast-moving commercial environment, with regular travel to partners and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships across our largest strategic partners and distribution channels
- Work collaboratively with key distributors to support overall sales effort and create additional revenue streams
- Drive awareness of our brand through networking with partner sales, leadership, and enablement teams
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring strong alignment on strategy and execution
- Proactively support pipeline activity to accelerate deal closure and increase deal size
- Lead co-sell motions, partner introductions, and funding qualification processes
- Support enablement of internal sales teams on partner programs, incentives, and offerings
- Support enablement of partner sales teams on our solutions and value propositions
- Track partner performance, forecasts, incentives, and joint business plans
- Represent the business at partner meetings, executive briefings, industry events, and conferences
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in alliances, channel, partnerships, vendor management, or distribution management within the tech sector
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to influence revenue outcomes
- Comfortable building relationships at all levels across partner organisations
- Confident communicator who enjoys networking and external engagement
- Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise across multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly for partner visits and events
