Contract Details
This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension. The role is based in Cambridge and requires five days on site.
Responsibilities
- Support the refresh of desktop and laptop devices for hospital staff.
- Help ensure a smooth and efficient device refresh process.
- Contribute to service delivery in a complex and demanding environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an EUC, desktop, or refresh engineer.
- Strong hands‑on experience supporting desktop and laptop device refreshes.
- Ability to work on site in Cambridge five days per week.
- Experience working in a busy, complex environment.
- Motivation to support a hospital client and deliver smooth device transitions.
