This short-term engagement will focus on assessing the current system, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimise processes, configuration, and overall system performance. Key Responsibilities Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Dynamics 365 HR implementation Assess system configuration across core HR areas including: Personnel management Leave and absence Compensation and benefits Performance management Evaluate alignment with business requirements and HR best practices Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Review data structures, data quality, and reporting capabilities Assess integrations with other systems (e.g., Finance, payroll, third-party platforms) Provide recommendations on: System optimisation Process improvements Configuration changes Potential use of additional D365 or Power Platform capabilities Produce a clear assessment report and roadmap of recommendations Present findings and advise stakeholders on prioritisation and next steps Qualifications Required Skills
