Job Description

As a five-time Microsoft Inner Circle member for AI Business Solutions, we’re committed to guiding government, non-profit, and industry entities on their digital transformation journey using Microsoft technologies. Looking to step into a dynamic presales role? We’re hiring a Presales Consultant and would love to hear from experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultants with presales exposure. The role can be based across the UK – we have offices in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Manchester, London, surrounding sites and Belfast. Your Role

As a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Presales Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our AI Business Solutions Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaise with the sales team to qualify for new opportunities
• Work with prospects and existing customers to understand their strategic goals, priorities and business requirements
• Create and lead solution demonstrations to prospects and customers
• Contribute to RFIs, RFPs and ITTs to produce high-quality sales proposals
• Enable the commercial team to better understand the Microsoft product set and its application in varying scenarios
• Support go-to-market activities such as developing packaged offerings, whitepapers, product videos and industry-specific solutions
• Participate in company marketing activities such as webinars, forums and user groups
• Build relationships with key technical and sales contacts within Microsoft and Telefónica Tech's partner community.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

We’re seeking a passionate team player with the following qualifications:

• Dynamics 365 Finance consultancy or presales experience
• Experience with the deployment of Retail and Commerce solutions
• A strong understanding of Retail customers
• A strong understanding of Commerce customers
• A strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is key.
• Knowledge of legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 versions is desirable
• Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 is desirable
• Experience in building and configuring engaging solution demonstrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong requirements-gathering skills
• The ability to create high-quality written proposals and functional documentation.
