We are currently hiring for a L3 Network Engineer for an initial 3-6 months contract assignment based in Huntingdon. The role can be carried out on hybrid basis of 3 days on site, 2 days remote. (The duration is very likely to extend) The L3 Network Engineer will cover management, maintenance and support of network infrastructure, perimeter security systems and network management platforms. Essential skills: Extensive experience of enterprise DC/LAN/WAN network management Extensive experience of Cisco ACI, Cisco ASA, FortiGate firewalls and VMware NSX Extensive experience of network monitoring, troubleshooting and management tools Key Responsibilities: Supporting network and security infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN/Firewalls/Application/VPN, Delivery Controllers etc.) with a focus on Datacentre networks Troubleshooting complex network issues, identifying network bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal network performance Optimizing network infrastructure to ensure maximum performance and scalability.
