As a FinOps Consultant you will help to drive cost optimisation and efficiency in cloud environments. This is a hands‑on and customer facing role helping organisations design and implement FinOps capabilities to continuously optimise spend and deliver maximum value from their public cloud investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate, analyse, prioritise cloud cost optimisation recommendations and calculate potential savings and benefits using FinOps tools.
  • Implement rate and usage optimisations within public cloud environments (Azure, AWS and GCP).
  • Create high quality customer facing collateral explaining cloud cost optimisation and FinOps and present them to customers, both technical and non‑technical.
  • Design and implement FinOps maturity roadmaps for customers to accelerate their FinOps capabilities from scratch or optimise existing approach.
  • Design and deliver training and enablement sessions to raise their understanding of cloud finance and economics.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales, professional services and managed services to design and implement cost optimisations recommendations and best practices.
Skills / Experience
  • Hands on experience implementing FinOps to optimise cloud costs, with deep understanding of levers available to optimise cloud costs.
  • Strong understanding of the FinOps Framework, capabilities, lifecycle and domains.
  • Hands on experience with native and 3rd party public cloud cost management tools.
  • Comfortable public speaking and presenting to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships.
  • Highly strong numerical and finance skills to investigate data and spot trends and anomalies.
  • Flexibility to travel to clients and London HQ when required.
Required
  • Certifications such as FinOps Practitioner or FinOps Professional.
