Your Role
As a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Presales Consultant, you will support our AI Business Solutions pillar with presales engagement and high‑profile D365 projects.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the sales team to qualify for new opportunities
- Work with prospects and existing customers to understand their strategic goals, priorities and business requirements
- Create and lead solution demonstrations to prospects and customers
- Contribute to RFIs, RFPs and ITTs to produce high‑quality sales proposals
- Enable the commercial team to better understand the Microsoft product set and its application in varying scenarios
- Support go‑to‑market activities such as developing packaged offerings, whitepapers, product videos and industry‑specific solutions
- Participate in company marketing activities such as webinars, forums and user groups
- Build relationships with key technical and sales contacts within Microsoft and Telefónica Tech's partner community.
Qualifications Desired Skills and Experience:
- Dynamics 365 Finance consultancy or presales experience
- Experience with the deployment of Retail and Commerce solutions
- A strong understanding of Retail customers
- A strong understanding of Commerce customers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is key
- Knowledge of legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 versions is desirable
- Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 is desirable
- Experience in building and configuring engaging solution demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong requirements‑gathering skills
- The ability to create high‑quality written proposals and functional documentation.
