We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Account Manager based in the Midlands / Central England to support the sales and growth of Teleflex’s Vascular Access portfolio. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to start or develop a career in medical sales. The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior National Sales Manager and wider team, receiving structured training, mentorship, and ongoing development.

Position Summary

  • Executing regional business plans
  • Growing the product portfolio within hospital accounts
  • Customer meetings and supporting trial of Vascular Products within the hospital
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders, supporting engagement activities across hospital networks, and identifying key decision‑makers within accounts
  • Participating in structured onboarding and training programmes, developing product knowledge across the portfolio, receiving coaching from senior team members, engaging in personal development reviews and goal setting, and working with internal teams such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs to support cross‑functional initiatives
  • Maintaining CRM records and completing reports on time
  • Attending conferences, seminars, and exhibitions to gain industry exposure

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Strong interest in sales or healthcare
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Full driver’s license
