We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Account Manager based in the Midlands / Central England to support the sales and growth of Teleflex’s Vascular Access portfolio. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to start or develop a career in medical sales. The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Sales Manager and wider team, receiving structured training, mentorship, and ongoing development.
Principal Responsibilities
- Sales & Account Support
- Executing regional business plans
- Growing the product portfolio within hospital accounts
- Customer meetings/supporting the trial of Vascular Products within the hospital
- Customer Relationship Development
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders
- Support engagement activities across hospital networks
- Identify key decision-makers within accounts
- Learning & Development
- Participate in structured onboarding and training programmes
- Develop product knowledge across the portfolio
- Receive coaching from senior team members
- Engage in personal development reviews and goal setting
- Team Collaboration
- Work with internal teams such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs
- Support cross-functional initiatives
- Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain CRM records and complete reports on time
- Events & Industry Exposure
- Attend conferences, seminars, and exhibitions
Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong interest in sales or healthcare
