We are seeking a talented Supply Chain professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring products and materials flow efficiently from supplier to customer.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Placement of purchase orders, forecasts, negotiation and agreement of committed delivery schedules.
- Expediting and rescheduling of orders with suppliers to meet business demands.
- Own the delivery of supplies from responsible suppliers through to arrival at distribution hubs.
- Optimising finished goods inventory to achieve business inventory targets while maintaining customer delivery performance levels.
- Retirement planning to include last time buy planning for service stock as well as rundown of current stock levels at end of product life to minimise obsolete costs.
- Develop effective relationships with other teams in the business particularly on retirement and NPI products.
- Run Weekly Shortage Reports and advise recovery dates
- Maintain accuracy of delivery data in MRP system (SAP)
- Identify and implement improvements to the material planning and delivery processes.
- Identify non/slow moving inventory and take/create actions to reduce/escalate.
- Maintain and advise appropriate SAP master data where required to enable smooth business flows.
- Create, process, and communicate required inventory adjustments with our 3PL
- Carry out the role in accordance with all relevant legislation, and following Raymarine’s policies and processes (including but not limited to those relating to ethics, compliance, cyber security, product development, labour and human rights, and the environment. )Undertake all mandatory training as requested
- To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have
- Experience working in Supply Chain / Planning.
- Logical thinker / Problem solver
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Solution orientation and resourcefulness
- Experience of using SAP
- Experience working with MRP / ERP systems
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel / BI / Macros
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
