About Us

Based in Bromborough, Teledyne CML Composites is a fast-growing manufacturer, supplying carbon/glass fibre composite parts and assemblies to some of the world’s leading aircraft and aero engine producers. Role Overview

The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of the business, its operational landscape, and key delivery programmes. This is a varied and challenging role with potential for international travel. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the successful delivery of key programmes by coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring alignment with contractual and business requirements.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to support programme execution and long-term business objectives.
  • Manage post-contract activities, ensuring appropriate internal resources are engaged and balanced effectively against customer and business needs.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional problem-solving activities to address commercial, technical, or manufacturing challenges impacting programme delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date programme data within company systems, tracking progress, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and implementing recovery plans where required.
  • Monitor and manage the key account orderbook to ensure alignment with contractual commitments and delivery expectations.
  • Support the continuous improvement of processes and provide input into product strategy and broader business planning based on programme insight and market awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant export, import, and ITAR regulations, as well as company operating procedures.
  • Represent programme status and risks internally, ensuring visibility and alignment across stakeholders at all levels.

Personal Specification

Essential:

  • Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of delivering results within a project, programme, or operational environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on programme delivery and meeting commitments.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally as required (full driving licence and valid passport).
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable:

  • Degree-level education, ideally in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.
  • Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and programme management tools.
  • Experience in bid, project, or programme management.
  • Understanding of Teledyne CML products, processes, and capabilities.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver quality and timely outcomes.
