This workshop-based role involves triage, troubleshooting, and repair of Raymarine & FLIR marine electronics for leisure and commercial applications across the EMEA customer network. The role includes direct customer communication, collaboration with support teams, and adherence to company and global trade compliance processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure repairs are completed and tested within department KPIs, following procedures and policies.
- Handle priority repairs as assigned by the Technical Services Manager.
- Manage administration related to service repairs and customer contact using PC/web-based applications.
- Identify and report product defects not previously recorded.
- Stay updated on current and new products to assist with repair and testing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace, reporting hazards accordingly.
