Job Description

We serve a wide range of applications, providing technologies vital to industrial growth markets including aerospace, defense, factory automation, environmental monitoring, electronics, oceanography, oil and gas exploration, medical imaging, and pharmaceuticals.
We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want to be part of a winning team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Production team to assemble and deliver highly technical RF and electronic assemblies for niche Microwave Radar applications at our Lincoln facility.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture, wire bond, epoxy, and solder PCB and RF assemblies according to documentation.
- Maintain accurate production data, records, and manufacturing paperwork, and initiate change requests when necessary.
- Promote safe working practices in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Meet or exceed production targets on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases.
- Support repair work for customer returns within specified timescales.
- Participate in housekeeping and visual management programs.
Qualifications
- High dexterity and attention to detail, with experience using hand tools, soldering, wire bonding, and epoxy mounting, with ESD compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical data.
- Qualifications or experience in electrical/electronic engineering.
- Effective management of own material inventory.
- Flexibility to work extra hours or shifts as needed.
Desired Skills
- Further education in Electronics or related fields.
- Experience with SAP in a production environment.
- Knowledge of Lean tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
